This research aims at describing: 1) the perception teacher of learning writing expository; 2) the planning of writing exspository teaching learning; 3) the implementation of learning writing expository; 4) the obstacles in writing exspository teaching learning; and 5) the effort of solving problems in writing expository teaching learning. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. The sources of data include places and event, informants, and documents. The data collecting technique was conducted through observation, interview, and document analysis. Data triangulation and method triangulation were used in data validity test. Data analysis technique applied interactive analysis model. The researches result showed that: 1) the teacher perception of learning writing expository by theories and practice; 2) the planning of the writing expository teaching was prepared in line with that made by MGMP at Regency level; 3) the implementation of writing expository was conducted by lecturing method and humor strategy; 4) the obstacles faced in learning writing expository are: a) infrastructure haven't been optimally provided; b) the studenst got difficulties in writing essay; c) the students are less active in learning; d) students difficult to choose word in speech level krama; e) limited time; f) the lower participation of students caused monotone of learning; 4) there were some ways to overcome the problems: a) providing sufficient infrastructure at schools; b) giving additional tasks to write at home; c) giving more question to students of learning writing expository; d) the students making a structure text before to applicated in paragraph expository; e) the teacher used the time very well; f) the teacher used a humor strategy of learning writing expository.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran serta hasil belajar siswa pada materi telaah teks deskripsi upacara adat Jawa melalui penerapan metode mind mapping terhadap siswa kelas IX SMP Angkasa Adi Soemarmo, Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitiannya yaitu proses pembelajaran telaah teks deskripsi upacara adat Jawa, guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa Kelas IX SMP Angkasa Adi Soemarmo dan Siswa kelas IX SMP Angkasa Adi Soemarmo yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan pada proses pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya skor keaktifan siswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran telaah teks deskripsi upacara adat Jawa menggunakan metode mind mapping. Hasil belajar siswa juga menunjukkan perubahan yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya persentase ketuntasan pada hasil evaluasi telaah teks deskripsi upacara adat Jawa. Skenario pembelajaran yang efektif diantaranya sebagai berikut: siswa terbagi dalam beberapa kelompok, siswa membaca teks deskripsi upacara adat dan menuliskan kembali dalam bentuk peta pikiran, siswa presentasi dan tanya jawab. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode mind mapping mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran serta hasil belajar siswa pada materi telaah teks deskripsi upacara adat Jawa di kelas IX.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi perempuan dalam novel Mintarsih Ledhek Pepujanku. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan feminisme. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu dokumen dan informan. Sumber data jenis dokumen terdiri atas novel Mintarsih Ledhek Pepujanku karya Tulus Setiyadi, jurnal dan buku referensi, serta kamus. Adapun sumber data jenis informan meliputi pakar sastra pada bidang novel serta pengarang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan analisis dokumen dan teknik wawancara. Model analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman interaktif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, bentuk eksistensi dalam novel Mintarsih Ledhek Pepujanku yang ditemukan berupa eksistensi bahwa perempuan dapat bekerja, perempuan dapat menjadi seorang yang intelektual, perempuan dapat bekerja untuk mencapai transformasi sosialis masyarakat, untuk mentransendensi batasan-batasannya, perempuan dapat menolak menginternalisasi ke liyanannya.

The buka giling ritual (sugarcane milling season opening) at Lestari Sugar Factory, Patianrowo, is more than a ceremonial marker for the production season; it represents a complex industrial rite embedded with symbolic, historical, and social significance. Amid the pressures of national sugar industry modernization, this tradition persists as both an adaptive mechanism and an integrative force between local communities and industrial institutions. This study examines how the buka giling ritual operates as a social system through symbolic and structural analysis. A qualitative research design employing an interpretive ethnographic approach was adopted. Data were gathered via participant observation, semi-structured indepth interviews with community leaders, workers, management, and sugarcane farmers, as well as documentation of ritual proceedings. Analysis followed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) interactive model, validated through source triangulation. The theoretical framework draws on Talcott Parsons’ (1951) AGIL social systems theory and Clifford Geertz’s (1973) interpretive cultural theory.The findings reveal that the buka giling ritual fulfills four primary social functions: (1) adaptation to industrial transformation, (2) goal attainment through collective production and solidarity, (3) social integration among diverse actors, and (4) latency through preservation of local cultural values and identity. Ritual elements such as the manten tebu procession and cethik geni ceremony symbolize the unification of nature, community, and industrial technology. This study contributes to the fields of industrial anthropology and cultural labor studies, recommending institutional support for preserving local rites as a form of productive and sustainable social integration.

Kurangnya penggunaan bahasa Jawa sebagai bahasa sehari-hari menyebabkan siswa sulit untuk memahami teks piwulang (Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Gambuh). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap teks piwulang (Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Gambuh) pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Kristen 1 Surakarta serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran menelaah dan menanggapi teks piwulang (Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Gambuh) melalui media cerita bergambar pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Kristen 1 Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terbagi dalam dua siklus. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan empat cara yakni observasi, wawancara, dokumentsi, dan tes peningkatan pemahaman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media cerita bergambar mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas terhadap teks piwulang (Serat Wulangreh Pupuh Gambuh). Pada pratindakan memperoleh hasil sebesar 7,69%, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 54%, mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi sebesar 77%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi guru untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran yang tepat dan menarik seperti cerita bergambar dalam kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap suatu materi.

The spread of moral issues in the community such as the use of narcotics and illegal drugs, pornography, brawls, rape, and so on are social issues of concern and have not been resolved. Drama script is one of the literary works that can be used as a tool to instill morals in the community in an effort to solve the problems that occur. This study aims to describe the representation of moral values in the drama script "Becik Nitik Ala Pilara" by M. Ahmad Jalidu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with document analysis techniques. The data source of this research is the Becik Nitik Ala Pilara drama script by M. Ahmad Jalidu, the data is in the form of quotes contained in the script itself. The data analysis technique used is the flow analysis technique consisting of (1) data collection, (2) data purification or reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are five types of moral values contained in the Becik Nitik Ala Pilara manuscript by M. Ahmad Jalidu, including: (1) tolerance, (2) respect, (3) kindness, (4) self-control, ( 5) justice.

This research aims at describe learning interview of speech level krama javanese language of VIII I students in SMP N 1 Karas which include: (1) the teacher perception of learning interview speech levels of krama; (2) the planning of learning interview speech levels of krama; (3)   the implementation of learning interview speech levels of krama; (4) the obstacles in learning interview speech levels of krama; (5) the effort to solve learning interview speech levels of kramas’ obstacle. This research is qualitative research which took sample in SMP N 1 Karas Magetan. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data collecting technique was conducted through observation, informants, and documents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis.The researches result showed that: (1) the perception of Javanese language teacher SMP N 1 Karas Magetan about learning interview speech levels of krama is important for student and student must practice more, government regulation is needed to maximize the purpose of study; (2) the planning of learning interview speech levels of krama VIII I class SMP N 1 Karas Magetan using syllabus and RPP made by MGMP and adjusted to school condition; (3) the implementation of learning interview speech levels of krama VIII I class SMP N 1 Karas Magetan done by the teacher using demonstration, question and answer, and guided discussion method; (4) the obstacles faced in learning interview speech levels of krama VIII I SMP N 1 Karas Magetan are: (a) limited time for studying the subject; (b) lack of students’ skills using Javanese language krama variety; (c) the students are less actively asking at the time of learning; (d) the students got difficulties copying the text into description form; (5) the ways to overcome these problems: the teacher maximize time allocation; (b) the teacher pushing the students to use and familiarizing themselves with krama language; (c) the teacher gives the students motivation to be active in the class; (d) the teacher guide students when they arrange a list of interview questions.

Oral literature research on “Dumadine Candi Sukuh” and “Pertapan Cokro Kembang” aims to find out and analyze the series of motifs and functions based on Alan Dundes' theory. The existence of this research is also relevant to the absence of analysis of folklore in the Karanganyar area because mountainous areas are indeed difficult for researchers to reach. This research uses data analysis methods in the form of motifs and folklore functions based on Alan Dundes' theory using data in the form of words and texts. The data acquisition is taken through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, personal notes, photos, and other documents. The results showed that the folklore of “Dumadine Candi Sukuh” and “Pertapan Cokro Kembang” has five dominant motifs, namely 1) lack liquidate, 2) lack, 3) task, 4) task completed, and 5) consequence. Then, function is as 1) an educational tool, 2) increasing the solidarity of a group, 3) sanctions for people to behave well, 4) solace, and 5) social criticism. So it can be concluded that oral literature research on “Dumadine Candi Sukuh” and “Pertapan Cokro Kembang” both have complex storylines.

IMPROVING THE ABILITY TO SPEAK IN VARIOUS RULES IN CLASS X8 OF SMAN 8 SEMARANG USING ROLE CARD MEDIAMany students currently use Javanese without paying attention to the correct rules. They often equate the language used both with friends and with older people, namely dominantly using the ngoko variety. Researchers assume that this cannot be separated from the influence of modernization flows in various aspects as well as their social environment which does not support Javanese. One of the efforts made is to improve students' speaking skills through role assignment cards. In simple terms, the application of the Role Giving card media in this classroom action research is that students create conversation scenarios in Javanese according to the cards that have been prepared by the teacher. The card contains a conversation scenario between two people about something. Next, students are allowed to improvise according to the given theme. Teachers evaluate students' work results by expanding the scope of lessons according to predetermined material. The indicator of success in improving student learning outcomes in this research was seen from 75% of students passing the KKM (with a score of 75). The research results obtained from posttest data show that in the pre-cycle there were 40% (14 people) of students who completed the KKM. Then, in cycle 1 there were 69% (24 people) of students who completed the KKM. Then, in cycle 2 there were 89% (31 people) of students who completed the KKM. The data shows an increase from pre-cycle to cycle 2. And the success of the research is in accordance with the success indicators obtained during cycle 2, namely 89% of students completed the KKM or more than 75% of students completed the KKM.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan relevansi unsur struktural, tanggapan dan pendapat pembaca, serta kesesuaian cerita Ki Ageng Kebo Kenanga  sebagai bahan ajar cerita rakyat bahasa Jawa di SMA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan resepsi sastra. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Adapun uji validitas data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Cerita rakyat Ki Ageng Kebo Kenanga  mengandung unsur struktural yaitu tema yang digunakan adalah mengenai perjuangan Ki Ageng Kebo Kenanga. Menggunakan alur maju dan terdapat 3 latar yakni latar tempat, waktu, dan sosial. Tokoh utamanya yaitu Ki Ageng Kebo Kenanga. Adapun amanatnya adalah jadilah seseorang yang tidak sombong. Tanggapan para pembaca mengenai cerita tersebut yaitu ceritanya sangat menarik karena memiliki unsur sejarah, silsilah leluhur, dan perjuangan hidup dari Ki Ageng Kebo Kenanga. Berdasarkan relevansi cerita rakyat Ki Ageng Kebo Kenanga  di Desa Pengging sebagai materi ajar di SMA, cerita rakyat ini sangat cocok untuk dijadikan materi ajar di SMA dan sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar yang ada.

This research aims to increase: (1) the quality of learning process seen from student learning motivation aspect in writing javanese narrative essay; and (2) the students’ skill in writing javanese narrative essay on VII E Grade SMP N 1 Banyudono through applying mind mapping method and using serial picture IT based. This research is a classroom action research which conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subjects were students of VII E Grade SMP N 1 Banyudono, the total of the students is 32 students. The data sources are informants (teacher and student), events, and documents. The datas were collected by interview, observation, test, and document analysis. The validity of the data using data triangulation and method triangulation. Data were analyzed using descriptive tehniques comparative and critical analysis. Based on the result of this research concluded that applying mind mapping method and using serial picture IT based can improve: (1) the quality of process in writing javanese narrative essay learning that seen from students’ learning motivation aspect; and (2) the result of students’ learning in writing javanese narrative essay in each cycle. The increase can be done with the procedures of learning as follows: (1) students are given a theme to create a narrative essay by displaying a themed serial picture; (2) students make mind mapping central in the midst of a picture of the mind mapping center; (3) students make the main branch emanating directly from mind mapping central; (4) students write the keyword above the branch, long branches adapted to long word; (5) students added a picture that is accordance with keywords in the mind mapping sheet; and (6) students develop a narrative essay based on mind mapping became a essay that is complete.

This research is included in descriptive quality research using content analysis method, aimed to describing some points in Javanese news text written by students: (1) form of ineffective sentence in Javanese news text written by students; (2) factor causing ineffective sentence in Javanese news text written by students; and (3) effort that could be done to overcome the ineffective sentence in Javanese news text written by students. The effective sentence can be seen based from five characteristics: (a) comparability and unity; (b) parallels; (c) emphasis; (d) frugality; and (e) variety. Noting these, there are 92 ineffective sentence forms were found in Javanese news text written by students. The factors who causing ineffective sentence in Javanese news text written by students included: (a) lack of Javanese vocabulary owned by students; (b) lack of references; (c) lack of motivation from student; and (d) lack of insight into effective sentences and their rules. The last, some efforts to overcome the ineffective sentence in Javanese news text written by students: (a) increase the scope of vocabulary owned by student; (b) add references; (c) increase student motivation; and (d) broadening student’s insight about effective sentence and their rules.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1)menemukan ubarampe dalam tradisi Jenang Sura, (2)menganalisa makna filosofis dalam ubarampe Jenang Sura. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah Semiotika Roland Barthes. Data yang digunakan berupa foto ubarampe dengan sumber data penelitian berupa kamus bahasa Jawa dan hasil wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi tentang ubarampe Jenang Sura. Teknik analisis yang digunakan teori Spreadly yang terbagi dengan domain-domain tertentu yang bisa menarik sebuah kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan hasil penelitian (1) menyebutkan wujud ubarampe dalam tradisi Jenang Sura, (2) memaparkan makna filosofis yang terkandung dalam ubarampe tradisi Jenang Sura.

The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) the structure of a short story collection Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni; (2) the students Value are contained in collection of short stories Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni; (4) the relevance of of short story Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni as text material inhigh school class X. This is a descriptive qualitative study with psychological literature approach. The data using of a short story collection Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni Parpal Poerwanto’s work. Sampling technique is  using purposive sampling. The data collection technique use of document analysis and interview. Validity of data were taken through theory of triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive model analysis which includes four component: (1) collecting data (2) data reduction,(3) data display, (4) concluting drawing.  The summary of this study are: (1) structure of theshort story collection Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni included themes, characters, setting, plot, point of view and speeches. Between elements are interrelated from a complete story; (2) the educational values contained in the short stories collection Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni are the religious, moral, social, culture. Of the four values is dominated by moral value; and (4) The relevance of the short stories collection Aku Dasamuka lan Sengkuni written by Prapal Poearwanto is suitable to use as material in Senior High School. Because content and language easily understood,contains the value of a positive learners,as well as structural elements of a clear and united to form the unity of the story.

Folklore contains social criticism that can be used as an effort to instill cultural values in the younger generation. The younger generation today is largely unfamiliar with folklore, especially folklore in their surrounding areas, whereas in these folklores there are noble values that can be used as guidelines for behavior. This study aims to describe the social criticism contained in the story of Kyai Ageng Gribig. This study is a qualitative study with data in the form of words or sentences containing social criticism and data sources in the form of informants and documents regarding the story of Kyai Ageng Gribig. This study uses a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and document analysis. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman in the form of data collection stages, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the story analysis, nine social criticisms were found according to Soekanto's theory. Social criticism was found based on social problems of poverty, crime, family disorganization, problems of the younger generation towards modern society, war, violations of norms in society, population problems, environmental problems, and bureaucracy. These results can be used as lessons for readers to act well in life.

AN ANALYSIS OF SOUND CHANGES IN MORPHEMIC FORMS IN THE PAMBIWARA TEXTMorphemes are the smallest units of language that have meaning and cannot be divided or separated into smaller ones. (1) in this study the author used the pambiwara text as material for analyzing changes in word form in morphemes; (2) this research aims to describe the changes in morpheme form in examples of pambiwara texts that the author has found; (3) the method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research by collecting existing data in several journals and online print media and using a document studies approach by studying available documents; (4) the results of the research show that in the example of pambiwara text there are several types of morpheme sound form changes, including sound changes due to krama demands, sound changes due to song teacher demands, sound changes due to wilang teacher demands, sound changes due to literary demands, changes sounds due to gender demands; changes in the form of morpheme sounds are still widely used in pambiwara texts, especially in pambiwara texts that use Javanese.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud kesantunan berbahasa, nilai pendidikan karakter, dan relevansi naskah sandiwara radio Duroko Sinandi terhadap materi ajar menelaah naskah sandiwara kelas IX SMP. Desain penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis analisis isi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitiatif dengan pendekatan sosiopragmatik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) temuan kesantunan berbahasa: (a) prinsip kebijaksanaan sebanyak tiga tuturan; (b) prinsip formalitas-tepa selira sebanyak enam tuturan; (c) prinsip penghargaan dan kerendahan hati-andhap asor sebanyak lima tuturan; dan (d) prinsip ketidaklangsungan sebanyak satu tuturan. (2) temuan jenis nilai pendidikan karakter: (a) nilai rasa ingin tahu sebanyak sembilan belas tuturan; (b) nilai tanggung jawab sebanyak empat tuturan; (c) nilai jujur sebanyak empat tuturan; (d) nilai kerja keras sebanyak dua tuturan; (e) nilai toleransi sebanyak satu tuturan; (f) nilai peduli sosial sebanyak lima tuturan; (g) nilai cinta damai sebanyak dua tuturan. (3) Hasil analisis kesantunan berbahasa dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam naskah sandiwara radio Duroko Sinandi yang relevan untuk digunakan sebagai referensi materi ajar dalam pembelajaran menelaah naskah sandiwara kelas IX SMP.

The objectives of this research are to describe: 1) Characterization in the novel Asmarani written by Suparto Brata; 2) character educational value that obtained from novel Asmarani written by Suparto Brata; 3) the relevance novel Asmarani written by Suparto Brata as Javanese literature appreciation learning material for Senior high school students. Method that use in this research is qualitative descriptive method. It obtained through analytical technique and informants interview. Data validity is obtained through sources triangulation and theories triangulation. Data sources of this research are documents and informants. Sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling. Research procedures are preparation stage, implementation stage, and finalization stage. Novel that analyzed in this research is novel entitled Asmarani written by suprapto brata. Researchers analyze the intrinsic value, namely; theme, plot, setting, point of view, messages of the story. However, the researcher is focused on the characterization and character educational value of the novel. Characterization analysis result shows that there are 6 genre of characters, those are; protagonist, antagonist, peripheral, central, complex, and simple character. Character explanation and its nature are analyzed through analytical and dramatic method. Asmarani contain many character educational values, such as religious value, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, democraticity, curiosity, national spirit, homeland loving, achievement appreciation, friendship, peace, love to read, environment care, social care. In addition, novel asmarani is relevant as Javanese literature appreciation learning material for Senior high school students.

Ritual keagamaan terdapat nilai-nilai positif yang bisa dijadikan pedoman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, akan tetapi jarang disampaikan dalam pembelajaran. Penyampaian materi folklor hanya terpaku pada materi yang sudah ada di dalam buku ajar, tanpa ada reverensi yang lain. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis nilai kearifan lokal dan nilai pendidikan karakter dalam ritual di Astana Srandil Ponorogo serta relevansinya sebagai materi ajar di SMP.  Data dalam penelitian ini berupa hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi peristiwa. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa informan, tempat penelitian, peristiwa, dan dokumen. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif.  Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: (1) Astana Srandil Ponorogo dibangun pada tahun 1776 dari keinginan RM. Tumenggung Sumonegoro, permintaan tersebut disetujui oleh Residen di Madiun dan Kraton Solo Hadiningrat, setelah tahun tersebut baru adanya ritual dari keluarga serta masyarakat dan menjadi wisata ziarah oleh masyarakat desa Srandil serta santri dari salah satu pondok pesantren di Ponorogo pada tahun 2005; (2) Alur dari prosesi ritual di Astana Srandil Ponorogo ada tiga, yaitu izin juru kunci, bersuci, dan berdoa; (3) Kearifan lokal abstrak yang terdapat dalam ritual di Astana Srandil Ponorogo yaitu sikap dan perilaku manusia dengan Tuhan, pengendalian diri dengan orang lain, cara bergaul dan berkomunikasi dengan masyarakar, dan sikap dan perilaku terhadap lingkungan, sedangkan kearifan lokal konkret yaitu ubarampe; (4) Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam ritual di Astana Srandil Ponorogo yaitu  nilai religius, nilai jujur, nilai toleransi, dan nilai cinta tanah air. Dari keempat nilai pendidikan karakter tersebut yang lebih dominan adalah nilai religius; dan (5) Ritual di Astana Srandil Ponorogo relevan dengan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa di SMP karena sesuai dengan silabus, serta cerita ritual tersebut dapat menambah wawasan tentang keanekaragaman budaya Jawa dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Dalam upaya mengangkat gerakan feminisme dan menanggulangi merosotnya budi pekerti, maka dalam karya sastra mengajarkan nilai pendidikan budi pekerti. Salah satunya dengan pembelajaran karya sastra yaitu naskah drama. Dengan mengajarkan pendidikan budi pekerti melalui karya sastra, maka dapat menunjang terwujudnya pendidikan budi pekerti yang baik sesuai dengan norma, kaidah, dan aturan yang berlaku di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui feminisme dan nilai pendidikan budi pekerti pada naskah “Retna Pambayun” karya Priyo Nugroho. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pustaka, simak, dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat struktur pembangun naskah, analisis feminisme naskah, dan nilai pendidikan budi pekerti dalam naskah “Retna Pambayun”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat empat kritik feminisme yang ada dalam naskah “Retna Pambayun” yaitu sosok Pambayun sebagai putri raja, sosok Pambayun sebagai prajurit negara, sosok Pambayun sebagai wanita, dan sosok Pambayun sebagai korban. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu struktur yang membangun naskah, dan kritik sastra feminisme untuk menganalisis feminis tokoh utama. Selain itu terdapat nilai pendidikan budi pekerti salah satunya nilai-nilai kesusilaan.
