The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of self achievement, risk of tolerance, and freedom of work on enterpreneurships motivation. The population as same as the sample were 120 of seventh semester student at the economic education program of STIKIP PGRI Bangkalan in the academic year 2012/2013. The data were collected through questionaires.The data were then analyzed with quantitative analysis by multiple linier regressions. Based on the partial test (t test), it showed that self achievement had significant influence on enterpreneurships motivation, risk of tolerance had significant influence on enterpreneurships motivation while freedom of work had not significant influence on enterpreneurships motivation. Based on the significance test (f test), it showed simultaneously that self achievement, risk of tolerance and freedom of work had significant influence on enterpreneurships motivation.

This research investigates the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on the teachers performance in enhancing graduates academic achievement in internationally standardized senior highs schools in Sidoarjo. 60 teachers of grade XII teaching the nationally tested subjects were purposefully taken as the sample of the study. Data were gathered by using questionnaire and analysed by employing Partial Least Square Analysis (PLS) in the SmartPLS software. The finding indicates that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and teachers performance. It is predicted that job satisfaction play important role in enhancing the graduates academic achievement. Secondly, there is contrast relationship between the job stress and teachers performance. In other words, teachers still work hard in enhancing their students academic achievement regardless their job stress.

This study aims to determine the effect of the graduates job opportunities on the National Education Standard mediated by vocational schools in Surabaya. The study was conducted at 31 vocational schools in Surabaya, particulary the accounting department. The study concludes that the implementation of National Education Standard results in good education quality; however, the academic achievement is not used as a reference bythese graduates in obtaining job relevant to their expertise. It is expected that later researchers focus on softskill variables or other possible mediating relationships between the SNP and the graduates profession. Also, the further researchers need to extent the object of the study.

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of academic achievement on the entrepreneurship readiness, achievement motivation on the entrepreneurship readiness and both academic achievement and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurship readiness. The population covers 515 students coming from 6 different classes. The samples are 87 students taken from 2 classes of Grade XII Multimedia department and 1 class of Industrial Chemistry. Data were collected using questionnaire. Regression analysis of F-test and t-test were employed to analyze the data. The finding indicates that operational t coefficient of the academic achievement is 4.093 (d.f.: 0.000) and the achievement motivation is 2.350 (d.f.: 0.000). In addition, the operational F coefficient of both academic achievement and achievement motivation is 12.456 (d.f.: 0.000). In conclusion, academic achievement positively influences students entrepreneurship readiness and so does achievement motivation. Accordingly, both variables influence the students entrepreneurship readiness.

This correlational study investigates the effect of 1) self confidence on the students learning interest in Accounting, 2) prior knowledge on the students learning interest in Accounting, and 3) both self confidence and prior knowledge on the students learning interest in Accounting. Data were analyzed by using regression analysis, single tail t-test, and simultaneous F test. 345 of grade XII students of three senior high schools in Mojokerto (SMA Negeri 1, SMA Negeri 2 dan SMA Negeri 3) are the population of the study and 177 of them were taken as the sampled subjects using proportional random sampling technique. The finding shows that the operational t coefficient for self confidence is 9.708 (d.f.: 0.000) and the operational t coefficient for prior knowledge is 2.818 (d.f.: 0.005). In addition, the simultaneous F analysis yields in 58.047 (d.f.: 0.000). In conclusion, the higher the self confidence and prior knowledge the students have, the better their learning interest in Accounting will be. Similarly, these two variables simultaneously influence the learning interest in Accounting.

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of motivation on learning achievement, 2) the influence of learning style on learning achievement, and 3) the influence of motivation and learning styles on learning achievement. The populations were 379 senior high school students of grade XI in Tuban. Samples were taken by employing simple random sampling technique yielding in 195 students. Data were collected by using questionnaires. Data was analyzed by using the multiple linear regression analysis. Finding indicates that the partial test (t test) concluded the significant effect of motivation on students achievement and the significant effect of learning styles on academic achievement. Based on F test, it was concluded that both motivation and learning styles simultaneously affect students achievement. Consequently, students are suggested to know more about their own learning styles to optimize their learning achievement. Teachers are also advised to design their instruction in such a way that it accommodates all the learning styles.

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of the parenting patterns on students self confidence 2) the influence of Entrepreneurship teacherss instruction on students self confidence and 3) the influence of parenting patterns and Entrepreneurship teachers instruction on students self confidence at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. The population covers 650 students of SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya grade X. Random sampling technique was employed to select 227 students among them. Data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The finding indicates that the partial test (t test) positively confirms the influence of the parents parenting on students self confidence (3.139; d.f.: 0.002) and that Entrepreneurship teachers instruction also significantly affects students self confidence (5.227; d.f.: 0.000). Again, on the basis of the F test, the study concludes that parenting patterns and teachers instruction simultaneously affect the students self confidence (23.910 d.f.: 0.000). Parents are, therefore, advised to apply the appropriate parenting to their children. Also, teachers of SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya are suggested to improve their professionalism in nurturing students character so that students will have better self confidence.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of modernity and the student learning outcomes of the economy to student economic literacy. This study uses a quantitative approach to associative design. Population in this study was students of grade IX of 3rd State Junior High School of Peterongan, Jombang for academic year of 2012/2013 with total of 224 students. Sample was 144 students, selected by using simple random sampling. Data analysed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant effect of modernity students to student economic literacy. There is no significant effect of economic learning outcomes to student economic literacy. There are significant effects of modernity and student learning outcomes of the economy to student economic literacy.

This study aimed to determine the influences of parental employment and self-confidence of the students interest on entrepreneurship in 10th State Vocational School of Surabaya, academic year 2012-2013. Populations of this study were 582 students and 106 samples were selected by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires. Analysis technique was using multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of the study concluded that the work of the parents has no influence on the interest in entrepreneurship, while self confidence has an influence of the students interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, this study concluded that parents work and self-confidence significantly influences students interest in entrepreneurship students in 10th State Vocational School of Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the internal factors that influence the outcome of learning material of adjusting entries on grade XI of Social class in 2nd State Senior High of Ngawi. Population of this study was 124 students. Using a quota sampling technique, 92 students were selected as samples. Data were collected by using questionnaires, documentations and interviews. This study was using quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t test, this study concluded that there is health effect on students learning outcomes, there is intelligence influence on students learning outcomes, there is influence of students interest towards learning outcomes, whereas no effect of fatigue on learning outcomes of students . Based on the F test concluded that the health, intelligence, interest and fatigue simultaneously significant effect on the improvement of learning outcomes. Based on the conclusion, further research is suggested to be doing research for the improvement of learning outcomes with respect to adjusting journal material variables that influence learning outcomes on student material adjusting entries in accordance with the findings of this study.

The purposes of this study were to determine the effects of intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge, and personality on student interest in entrepreneurship. Population of this study were students from grade XII of the 12th State Vocational School of Surabaya, for academic year 2012-2013 with total of 578 students. 236 samples were taken using proportional random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentations. This study was using quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are simultaneous effects between intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge, and personality on student interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, there is an effect of intrinsic motivation and personality on student interest in entrepreneurship, whereas there is no effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on student interest in entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine the size of the influences of motivation, academic achievement, and job training on students creativity (Prakerin) for 3rd State Vocational School of Pamekasan. This study was using a quantitative approach with the level of associative forms of causal explanation. Population of this study was students from grade XII that take Prakerin class in academic year 2012-2013. Sample was taken by using purposive sampling for grade XII who follow the industry practice (Prakerin) in Production and Services Unit (UPJ) School with total of 68 students. Technique of data collection was using questionnaires technique, documentations, and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that creativity is influenced by motivation, academic achievement and job training by 44.9 % while the remaining 55.1 % are influenced by factors other than the variable motivation, achievement and training.
