There are three parenting parents towards their children, parenting there are democratic, authoritarian, and permissive. The three parenting is regarded as a good way to educate is a democratic parenting style, but still maintaining the principles of universal and absolute values associated with religion, especially Islam.that is plurality.similiarity of right and egaliter Authoritarian patterns worth doing if it relates to the issue of faith and conviction and worship as well as things that are considered harmful to The child. While permissive pattern can also be applied to children aged adults.

Fulfilling the education right in Indonesia as stated in the constitution faces a lot of problems. The problems include lagislation and policy, budgeting of education , fair distribution and easy access to education covering gender equality in getting and accessing education in area of conflict, boundaries, and remoted area. Problem of legislation related to law and national education policy and noble ideal of independence and the Constitution 1945, Instrument and National and International Standard of Human Right which are not in line yet, results in the condition that the education development is not based on the human right. The education budgeting relates to government commitment to allocate the amount based on the law, fair distribution and wide access to education covering the unit capacity and providing equal opportunities to all learners from different social, economic background, place of living, intelectual capacity, physical condition and gender. Those problems lead to unfulfilled education right as stated independece goals.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between employee engagement and job performance and to test whether creativity mediates the relationship between engagement and job performance. Job performance is the result of contributions made by employees to the company. Previous research found that employee engagement and creativity were the strongest predictors of job performance. Therefore, the research here wants to test whether creativity is a mediator variable of the two constructs. The sample in this study amounted to 96 banking employees in Sumenep Regency using the snowball sampling method in data collection. The results of the model equation test show that employee engagement has no significant effect on job performance. Employee engagement has a significant effect on creativity. Creativity has a significant effect on job performance. In addition, creativity as a mediator variable has a significant effect on the relationship between employee engagement and job performance. Employee engagement is not directly related to job performance but is mediated by creativity. The managerial implication of the results of this study is that banking companies can review the factors that can hinder or reduce their employee engagement to maintain the employee's job performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of postgraduate employees at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative research, with the method used in sampling is saturated sampling. The population used is 41 employees. The analysis of this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. This study concluded that job stress has a negative and meaningful effect on psychological well-being because the burden of many tasks results in stress that causes psychological well-being to decrease. For job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on psychological well-being, the lack of employees results in dissatisfaction when doing work that affects psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the meaningful effect of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being occurs because the simultaneous significance test (f test) are overall Ho is accepted. The study aims to test and explain the impact of work-family conflict on job performance through employee satisfaction as an intervening variable of a female nurse who works in a hospital in Surabaya. This type of research is a causal analysis using a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were distributed to 32 employees using simple random sampling techniques”data collected by a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Questionnaires were distributed via electronics to the respondents. The analytical method used in this study is partial least square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The results showed that work-family conflict had a significant effect on employee satisfaction. The work-family conflict had a negative effect on job performance. Employee satisfaction had a significant positive effect on job performance. Employee satisfaction as an intervening variable affects the relationship between work-family conflict and job performance. Hospitals should improve their HR management system by adding counselling methods that positively impact nurse work-family conflict management and maintain nurse satisfaction and performance.

This study aims to find the most accurate predictor model of financial distress. The company has the potential to go bankrupt. Bankruptcy can be predicted using an accurate predictor model as an early warning to anticipate financial distress. This research was conducted on the global retail industry which is included in Kantar's 2019 Top 30 Global Retails (EUR). The data in this study were taken from 60 annual reports for the 2018-2019 period and a sample of 30 on global retail companies. The accuracy rate is calculated by the number of correct predictions divided by the total data and multiplied by one hundred percent. This study compares four predictor models of financial distress, namely the Altman model, the Springate model, the Taffler model, and the Grover model. With the results of the study, the Grover model has the highest level of accuracy, which is 76.67%.

This study aims to find the results of analyzing the phenomena encountered in Elresas Hotel employees regarding job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment as independent variables on turnover intention as the dependent variable on Elresas Hotel employees. The research is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Data collection use questionnaires and direct observation. This study uses the entire population of Hotel Elresas Lamongan, amounting to 40 people, as a sample. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Vs 18 software in descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. To test the significance level, simultaneous F-test and t-test were carried out. The research conducted concluded that job satisfaction had a partially insignificant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially had an insignificant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously both the variables of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment influence turnover intention. This study is intended to find out the factors that cause turnover intention at Hotel Elresas Lamongan and can also be used as a suggestion so that employees do not have thoughts of leaving their jobs.

The study investigates how the effect of employee engagement on organizational trust and tests whether psychological well-being and transformational leadership mediate the effect of employee engagement on organizational trust. Companies need organizational trust to produce competent human resources so that be able to achieve company goals. Previous research found that employee engagement affects organizational trust and is mediated by psychological well-being and transformational leadership. Therefore, the research here wants to test the effect of an employee on organizational trust and whether psychological well-being and transformational leadership. The population in this study are 90 employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 8 in Surabaya using the snowball sampling method in data collection. The results of the structural model are that employee engagement has a significant impact on organizational trust. Employee engagement has a significant impact on psychological well-being. Employee engagement has a significant impact on transformational leadership; psychological well-being has no significant impact on organizational trust. Transformational leadership has not a significant impact on organizational trust. Employee engagement on organizational trust has not indirect impact by psychological well-being. Employee engagement on organizational trust has not indirect impact by transformational leadership. The managerial implication of this study's result can review the factors that can increase their psychological well-being and transformational leadership on employee engagement. Future research in companies may involve organizational commitment variables, organizational culture variables, and job satisfaction variables because it becomes interesting to involve.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether liquidity can be a moderating variable between the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on dividend policy. The sample of this study consisted of 42 companies confirmed by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in property, real estate and building construction. The sampling technique used a census sample. The analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The findings obtained are that there is no influence between profitability on dividend policy than dividend policy is influenced by leverage and managerial ownership. The relationship between profitability and managerial ownership on dividend policy fails to be moderated by liquidity. While liquidity Intervening variables strengthen the effect of profitability on dividend policy can be added to future research to account for variations in research results.

Indonesia is a maritime country, and it has more than thousands of beautiful islands. Those are the main reasons many domestic or even international tourists choose Indonesia for a holiday. White Sand Beach in Situbondo is one of the most visited tourist attractions. The local government that manages this place uses tourism events as a promotional medium and improves the physical evidence to attract more tourists to White Sand Beach for holidays. Therefore, this study aims to determine how effective tourism events and physical evidence influence the decision to visit this place. The survey was conducted using an online questionnaire and collected data from 50 early adult respondents who had visited the Beach. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively through multiple linear regression analysis techniques in SPSS. This study shows that tourism events and physical evidence have a significant effect on visiting decisions. For further research, this study recommends comparing several different tourist attractions by adding variables and expanding the scope of respondents. The local government that manages the White Sand Beach tourism can use the findings as evaluation materials.

Sexual harassment has become a global problem. Previous research has revealed that many negative impacts can be caused and affect the condition of someone who is sexually harassed. This study aimed to investigate the effect of sexual harassment on turnover intention and examine the mediating role of job satisfaction among hotel employees in Surabaya. A total of 32 hotel employees participated through a purposive non-probability sampling technique. This research uses partial least square (PLS) as its statistical analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between sexual harassment with turnover intention. Sexual harassment has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention Results also indicate that job satisfaction plays the mediator role between sexual harassment and turnover intention among Surabaya hotel employees.

This study aims to determine how the effect of perceived organisational support and employee engagement on the performance of employees. This study uses quantitative research with a population of employees at UD. Zacyndo safety shoe factory in Tuban and Mojokerto regency. This study using a sample of 45 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting primary data through the distribution of online questionnaires and using secondary data collection through documentation of organisational activities/events and other written sources of information as writing reference materials. Data were analysed using multiple regression through SPSS version 24. The result showed that perceived organisational support had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, employee engagement had a significant and positive effect on employee performance, and perceived organisational support and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. UD. Zacyndo may improve POS better by paying attention to employee welfare to produce maximum performance. In addition, improve strong relationships with each employee may help the organisation to achieve the intended goals.

Land public transportation modes are experiencing a significant increase after constructing the Trans Java toll road. Many bus companies maximize the use of the Trans Java toll road to serve the community, one of these companies is PT. Haryanto Motor Indonesia. This company is engaged in Autobus Transportation. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction with work-life balance as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with 66 employees using purposive sampling technique with criteria is all of the respondents have worked in east java. The statistical analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results obtained from the study explain that employee engagement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, work-life balance has a significant positive effect. On job satisfaction and work-life balance can mediate with full mediation category. The implication of this research is in terms of job satisfaction; the company may be able to add labour guarantees to its employees to increase the sense of security and satisfaction of the employees.

The selection method of the sample is using purposive sampling and obtained 95 samples from the population of the whole employee of the corporation using a questionnaire to collect the samples.SPSS 26 from IBM is being used for the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A significant and positive effect is discovered from job satisfaction to employee performance, while employee well-being has a non-significant effect. This research aims to examine the effect of brand image, celebrity endorser, country of origin and electronic word of mouth on buying interest in Korean beauty products (K-Beauty). The method used is quantitative associative. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling as many as 108 respondents. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via a google form. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which consists of two stages, namely the measurement model and the structural model with IBM SPSS AMOS software version 20 and index number analysis as descriptive analysis. The results showed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Korean beauty products (K-Beauty). PT. Pesona Arnos Beton is one of the organizations engaged in concrete processing, which was founded in 2016. This research aims to examine the perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and work environment on employee engagement of employees of PT. Pesona Arnos Beton. This study is a causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was a saturated sampling method with 80 respondents. The statistical analytical used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression analytical with the help of SPSS for Windows software. The output of this research explains that perceived organizational support has a significant and positive impact on employee engagement. Self-efficacy has a significant and positive impact on employee engagement. The work environment has a significant and positive impact on employee engagement. Perceived organizational support, self-efficacy, and work environment together have a significant impact on employee engagement. Research implication that can be applied to companies is that companies need to give awards to employees who perform well. The company can provide education, training and development regularly to employees. Leaders need to impose sanctions on employees who do not wear Personal Protective Equipment. Companies also need to provide clinics or health vehicles such as ambulances to anticipate more fatal emergency events. Companies can hire motivator services to provide material and guidance to be more enthusiastic, proud, and engaged with the company.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of a work conflict and work motivation on employee performance. The research method is quantitative research. The sample in this study is 40 employees. The statistical analysis used in this study is the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear tests. Data processing using SPSS software version 18. This study shows that work conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study implies that work conflicts that occur in employees in the company do not make the level of performance decrease; besides, the company has succeeded in implementing work motivation because the higher the motivation of employees, the higher the performance for the company.

This research aims to explore the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by job autonomy at CV SKM Indonesia. During this yearly pandemic, job autonomy is applied in CV SKM Indonesia conceived by the work from the home method. Quantitative methods are chosen to process the questionnaire employees filled in”collecting 34 respondents as a total population from multiple divisions in CV SKM Indonesia and using multiple linear regression from SPSS PASW18 software for an analytical tool. This study verifies the positive and significant effect between transformational leadership and employee performance mediated by job autonomy as an intervening variable. This study shows that the practice of transformational leadership from the leader of the company is going well, and employee also has an excellent job autonomy on their self and that is helping them increasing performance to complete their job in the company. The company should let the employee make a monthly evaluation and keep improving their new work system to increase their performance.

A micro business is expected to be one of the economic activities that can support the national economy and become a pillar of the nation's economy. One of the rapidly growing micro units in Makassar City is Cahaya Huspi. This study aims to explore the two determinants of purchasing decisions using 97 responses from 161 distributed questionnaires. Data is analysed using multiple regression analysis. It provides evidence that intense online promotions, indicated by the high frequency of advertising, sales promotions, and direct marketing, are the reasons consumers make purchases, as indicated by the high response to the product stability, buying habits and purchase speed. This finding is different from consumer behaviour measured by cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors that are not proven as determinants of purchasing decisions. This study aims to explore the two determinants of purchasing decisions using 97 participants from 161 distributed questionnaires. Data processing is carried out by utilizing multiple regression analysis which provides evidence that intense online promotions and indicated by the high frequency of advertising, sales promotions and direct marketing are the reasons consumers make purchases, as indicated by the high response to product stability, buying habits and speed of purchase. . This finding is different from consumer behavior which is measured by cultural, social, personal and psychological factors which are not proven as determinants of purchasing decisions.Keywords: Consumer behavior; online promotion; purchase decision

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, job demands and job satisfaction on work engagement among employees of SPBU COCO PT. Pertamina Retail Ketintang and Jemursari Surabaya. This research type is causal research that uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is total sampling, where the entire population was used as the sample. The sample that used is 60 respondents. The statistical analysis method is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 20 application. The results show that perceived organizational support has a significant effect on work engagement. Job demands have no significant effect on work engagement. Moreover, job satisfaction has no significant effect on work engagement. The company should pay more attention to decreasing their workers' satisfaction to maintain work engagement.
