This study aims to present or find a description of the principal's role in improving teachers' professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 03 Kepahiang. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained and collected through interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used to obtain valid data uses data reduction (summarizing), data presentation (a collection of information), and concluding (whole description). The conclusion obtained from this research is that the principal's role in improving teachers' professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 03 Kepahiang has a role as a manager, educator, motivator, and supervisor. Efforts made by school principals are to provide coaching and training such as professional teacher training (TPT), as well as assigning tasks according to expertise in their respective fields. The principal's efforts in improving teachers' professionalism are carried out to realize the goals, vision, and mission of education. The principal's role in increasing teacher professionalism uses participatory and situational leadership styles. Teachers can develop their abilities according to their respective competencies without being limited; there is the provision of coaching and training that will be followed by teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 03 Kepahiang such as teacher

The role of the principal as a leader must be distinct from the existing leadership style. The leadership style of a top school influences teachers' good and bad performance in the school institution where they teach. The purpose of this article is to find out: (1) The leadership style of the principal of SDN 1 Munung. (2) Teacher Performance at SDN 1 Munung. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method, with a single case study type. Researchers used data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and concluding the data that has been presented and reduced in guaranteeing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the study concluded that the leadership of the principal of SD Negeri Munung uses two leadership styles, namely the authoritarian leadership style, in disciplining teachers in daily attendance and completing administration. In comparison, in the following leadership style, namely the democratic leadership style, the principal gives freedom for teachers to develop their abilities in various activities. Subsequent data found that the teacher's performance at SD Negeri Munung was beyond doubt because administrative completion was always early, complete and correct, so SD Negeri Munung was the only Impact school in Jatikalen that received the BOS Performance award.

The purpose of this article is to describe a superior marketing management strategy because competition in the field of education is getting tougher. This type of research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Instruments in the form of a list of questions and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, coding, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that a superior marketing management strategy is evidenced by careful planning, implementation of a structured program in accordance with organizational performance that is competent, and supervision that is more directed towards institutional improvement. This educational institution has a good and quality image in the eyes of the community, it will have a great opportunity to acquire students. Arrruhul Jadid Islamic Junior High School has a strategy for implementing the marketing of educational services both online and offline, this strategy helps achieve the goals of the school institution and supports the implementation of the school's mission. That this superior strategy contributes to Islamic institutions’ order to develop following the rapid world of education.

This article aims to describe how participatory leadership styles are applied and contribute substantially to the effectiveness of boarding school management. Research is done using survey data sets. Research is of a descriptive qualitative type. The research took Al-Mujaddid integrated boarding school locus of Sabang-Aceh city. Our analysis shows that participatory leadership becomes a fundamental base in the implementation of the boarding school education system. The effectiveness of participatory leadership styles refers to some aspects, namely (1) decision-making processes; (2) organizational conflict-handling processes; and (3) communication strategies in shaping a positive boarding culture. Research implications for boarding school managers in order to perform variative professional development in all types of leadership. Expectations to participatory leadership style can affect teachers' participation in teaching, mentoring, peer observation, and coaching compared to other types of professional development. The paper proposed a participatory leadership style in the Boarding Cottage, as well as other Islamic education systems that have characteristic similarities in the organization of boarding school education. Recommendations for educational practitioners for ideal leadership in boarding school.

The goal of this paper is to discover the obstacles that prohibit Islamic educational institutions from improving the quality of their human resources and how to overcome them. Data was gathered and analyzed from a variety of sources, including novels and scholarly papers. This qualitative approach was carried out using descriptive and argumentative analysis. The study's findings show that improving the quality of human resources in Islamic educational institutions includes developing and improving the evaluation system, improving educational facilities, developing and procuring teaching materials, and training teachers and education personnel in order to achieve the government's goals, vision, and mission. Following up on the findings of this study, one of the issues that Islamic educational institutions must address is the production of dedicated and committed people resources who comprehend science and technology. To address these demands, Islamic educational institutions must refresh their roles in order to play an ideal role in attaining academic excellence, industrial relevance, new knowledge contribution, and empowerment.

The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of an integrated curriculum based on multiple intelligences at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School, Mojokerto. This article uses a qualitative approach, in which this research was conducted at the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic boarding school, Mojokerto. Meanwhile, as an informant to find out what the researchers studied were the management coordinator, the student coordinator and the teachers. The data collection techniques in this study are in-depth interviews, observations or observations of educational activities, and documentation. And for the data validity technique, which includes source triangulation and data triangulation techniques. The results of this article are, namely: the history of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic boarding school in Mojokerto, synchronization or integration between general education and Islamic boarding school education to support each other for a complete education, starting from the planning of an integrated curriculum which includes planning superior education programs and suggestions for infrastructure in the implementation of the practice. in-depth, integrated curriculum implementers in implementing each program or preparing natural resources, and integrated curriculum supervision which is carried out to become a benchmark in the achievement of students who are diverse or have multiple intelligences, and then can make development policies in future planning.

Good archive management is very important in providing information services so as not to hinder operational activities in madrasas. The purpose of this study is to explain archive management in supporting information services in the administrative section at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Gresik. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The research site is at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Gresik. The informants of this research are administrative staff. The results obtained from the study explain that the management of archives at Madrasah Aliyah 1 Gresik which is under the administrative division has been carried out well in supporting information services at the madrasa through several stages: 1) Creating archives through incoming and outgoing letters; 2) The distribution of archives is carried out through the procedures written in the standard operating procedures for distributing letters in madrasas; 3) Archive storage is done by numbering system; 4) Use of archives through retrieval and borrowing of records; 5) Archive maintenance is carried out regularly every two months; 6) Shrinkage of archives is only carried out by transferring archives to the warehouse. However, there are obstacles in its management, namely the absence of archivists, fewer storage cupboards, and no training in archive management. While the supporters are adequate storage warehouse and administrative staff who are painstaking in managing archives.

This article aims to analyze and discribe the interaction of the teacher's personality competence with job satisfaction. This article uses the correlational method. A total of 68 madrasa teachers in South Tangerang were used as respondents. Primary data was obtained through the Google Forms platform, which was distributed within two weeks. At the same time, secondary data was obtained from references related to job satisfaction and personality competence. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire compiled according to a validated Likert scale. Data analysis using a simple regression test. The results showed that there was an interaction between the teacher's personality competence and job satisfaction. The study of both is discussed further. The recommendation of this study is that teachers can improve personality competencies because it is proven to be related to their job satisfaction in madrasas.

Moral development is the most important thing in education, including in pesantren-based educational institutions. Moral development will be carried out properly if it is carried out in a planned and programmed manner. Moral Development Management for Students Through Extracurricular Activities in Islamic Boarding Schools is one of the best solutions in realizing commendable student morals. This research was conducted to see the extent to which moral development was carried out at Al-Amin Middle School and Al-Ittihad Middle School Cianjur. The theory that forms the basis of the research is the management theory of POAC, TQM, and Six Life Value Systems. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research findings show that: (1) The management of the moral development program through extracurricular activities is based on the commitment of teachers, parents, and program implementation. (2) The implementation of the moral development program is the most basic principle and serves as a differentiator for the progress and decline of the quality of SMP. This conformity shows that in practice the moral development program through extracurricular activities has not been carried out according to process standards. (3) Evaluation of activities and problems encountered through monitoring and evaluation of the process and achievement of SMP institution development goals. (4) In general, the inhibiting factors in program development, such as curriculum, budget allocation, facilities, and infrastructure. The implementation of SPMI itself according to Dirjendikdasmen (2016: 5) has the aim of ensuring that all elements, namely organization, policies, and processes related to educational units run by established standards to ensure the creation of a quality culture. This research procedure uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of this study, in general, are that schools have implemented the SPMI implementation in improving the quality of schools in particular, namely: (1) Mapping, by carrying out school self-evaluation and school report cards. (2) Planning, schools carry out planning by the planning reference and format. (3) Implementation, the school has implemented SPMI starting at the initial stage, the core stage, and the final stage. (4) The school has carried out the SPMI evaluation by the monev team for each activity. (5) The school has developed a quality strategy for SPMI by the team using the formulation format, (6) The school has shown optimal learning outcomes through the application of SPMI with the satisfaction of various parties, (7) The school has resolved every problem with the right solution application of SPMI. The implementation of SPMI in schools is very helpful in improving the quality of the school, both academically and non-academically.

The purpose of this article is to explain and analyze the Qur'anic learning process and the principal's strategy in developing Qur'anic learning at MTs Sunan Giri in Probolinggo. This article uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach. The research site is at MTs Sunan Giri Probolinggo. The information for this research is the principal of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa, the teacher concerned, and the students. This research was conducted from January to May 2021. The results of this article are: 1) The process of learning the Koran is carried out in learning and extracurricular activities. 2) the strategies carried out by the principal are: The strategy of the principal of MTs Sunan Giri Probolinggo City in developing Al-Qur'an learning in his school there are several roles, namely: 1) the principal acts as an educator (educator), 2) the principal acts as a manager, 3) the principal acts as an administrator, 4) the principal acts as a supervisor, 4) the principal acts as a leader, 5) the principal acts as an innovator, 6) the principal acts as a motivator, 6) the principal acts as an innovator and facilitator.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

The development of science and technology increasingly encourages reform efforts in the use of technological results in the learning process. Teachers are required to be able to use these tools in accordance with the developments and demands of the times. And it is a must for teachers to be able to master technology in order to achieve the expected learning objectives, the problems in this study are: (1) how to develop multimedia-based learning media using Macromedia Flash in Fiqh learning the subject matter of Prayer and Zakat? (2) how is the effectiveness of multimedia-based learning media using Macromedia Flash in Fiqh learning the subject matter of Prayer and Zakat? The development was carried out using the Research and Development (R&D) method with several stages, namely: analyzing potential and papers, gathering information, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision, product usage trials. The results of the design validation stages, product trials and usage trials are used to improve the developed products for maximum results. Based on the trials that have been carried out, the results are as follows: a) pre-test and post-test with an initial average of 54.57 and an increase after learning with a final score of 86.85, thus the post-test average of 32.28 can be categorized in good criteria. b) Based on the practical analysis conducted in the field, some teachers and students gave a positive response to the developed product. The effectiveness of learning using Macromedia Flash, The increase in the average value of pre-test and post-test that has been carried out by respondents from one lesson, there is an increase of 32,285714286 from 54,571428571 to 86.857142857, There is a positive response of students to the development of media using Macromedia flash i.e. 79% of students categorize very well, 13% of students categorize good and 8% of students categorize enough.

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pelajaran di kelas VIII Mts Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah dan Umtuk menganalisis evaluasi internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran di kelas VIII Mts Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif, Dimana penelitian kualitatif merupakan sebuah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata tertulis maupun lisan serta tingkah laku seseorang yang telah diamati. Pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain secara holistic dengan cara deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Penyajian dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada proses pencarian data secara lengkap, yang kemudian data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif terurai dalam kata-kata untuk memperoleh keutuhan deskripsi atau gambaran tentang penguatan internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Proses internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran dikalas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah yaitu: a. Penanaman nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam pola pikir siswa, setelah itu, b. Pembiasaan, dan c. Keteladanan dari guru terhadap siswa. 2) Evaluasi Internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran dikalas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah a. Cara penilaian dari setiap sektor yang berada di lembaga secara berkala, b. Pemberian tugas yang bersifat mengedukasi kepada siswa secara bertahap, dan c. Pendekatan emosional secara continue, dengan harapan terbangun kedekatan antar guru dengan siswa sehingga hubungan baik bisa terjalin diantara mereka, dalam hal ini diupayakan bisa menumbuhkan rasa keyakinan terhadap siswa untuk berani berkata jujur dalam segala hal.

The Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution for Islamic boarding schools located at the foot of Mount Welirang, and has several institutions, including superior MTS, superior MA, and Superior Universities. The formulation of the research problem is how the leadership style is applied by Kiai and what forms of motivation are applied to employees at the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. With this type of field research (field research) qualitative, with research subjects are Kiai, employees and partners, data collection by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used according to Miles Huberman consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, using data validity techniques, triangulation of data sources and triangulation of data collection, so that the resulting data is accurate. From the results of this study, Kiai Pondok Pesantren Amantul Ummah does not only apply one leadership style but also applies a different leadership style. The leadership style applied is dominant with authoritarian leadership, although on the other hand he also applies charismatic leadership. This is reinforced by the leadership function implemented by the Kiai Pondok Pesantren Amanatul Ummah. And the forms of motivation given by Kiai are establishing good personal relationships with employees and work partners, paying attention to employee welfare, giving rewards to employees who excel, gathering and evaluating together with employees.

Penilaian pengetahuan merupakan penilaian untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa yang meliputi pengetahuan faktual, konseptual, prosedural, dan metakognitif serta kecakapan berpikir tingkat rendah hingga tinggi. Penugasan adalah pemberian tugas kepada siswa untuk mengukur atau memfasilitasi siswa memperoleh atau meningkatkan pengetahuan. Penugasan yang berfungsi untuk penilaian dilakukan setelah proses pembelajaran Sedangkan penugasan sebagai metode penugasan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan yang diberikan sebelum atau selama proses pembelajaran (assessment for learning). Tugas dapat dikerjakan baik secara individu maupun kelompok sesuai karakteristik tugas yang diberikan, yang dilakukan di sekolah, di rumah, dan di luar sekolah. Pada prinsipnya, penilaian melalui pendekatan penugasan adalah menilai hasil (produk) dari penugasan tersebut ada beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam penilaian pengetahuan penugasan: 1) perencanaan penugasan, 2) pelaksanaan penugasan, 3) acuan kualitas tugas, 4) instrumen, dan 5) hasil penilain penugasan. 

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of competence, motivation, infrastructure, and school climate to the leadership of the principal. The research method used in this study is quantitative with questionnaire data collection techniques given to 202 public elementary school principals in South Lampung Regency as research samples. The results of data collection were then analyzed using path analysis and multiple regression techniques. The findings of this study are (1) competence contributes significantly to the principal's leadership by 77.4% which is categorized as strong/high influence (2) motivation contributes significantly to the principal's leadership by 61.1% which is categorized as moderate/sufficient influence (3) means infrastructure contributed significantly to the principal's leadership by 97.8% which was categorized as very strong/very high (4) school climate contributed significantly to the principal's leadership by 85.7% which was categorized as strong/high (5) competence, motivation, facilities infrastructure, and school climate simultaneously contributed significantly to the leadership of the principal by 98.1% which was categorized as very strong/very high influence.

The headmaster, as the highest policymaker in the school, has a very important role in overcoming violations that occur in the schools. Successful headmaster can be seen from the process of influencing every element in the school and being able to apply all leadership models in any situation and condition. There are several types of leadership, namely; authoritarian, democratic, and charismatic. This study aims to determine the headmaster’s leadership types of MTs As'adiyah Ereng-ereng in overcoming the students’ violations. This was field research with qualitative methods where the data sources came from the headmaster, students, educators, and students who committed violations. The data were collected from interviews, observation, and documentation. Then they were analyzed with analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results indicate that the forms of violations committed were (1) not praying in congregation, skipping the classes, not wearing appropriate uniforms, destroying facilities, and carrying cellphones. The leadership type that is most often applied in the schools was a charismatic leadership type. Although this type of dominates, democratic, and collective leadership is also found.

Extracurricular activities are a place for students who have interests and talents. Extracurricular activities can help develop self-potential in increasing student achievement. Student achievement is not only obtained from academic achievement, with non-academic achievements students can be able to communicate and socialize well. Good extracurricular management will result in achievements in non-academic fields. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mojokerto is one of the madrasas that has produced many students with non-academic achievements. The results of this study are (1) the management of extracurricular activities at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mojokerto includes, first planning for extracurricular activities carried out at the beginning of the new academic year, secondly organizing is carried out by extracurricular guidance teachers by assigning assignments to coaches who have competence in their fields. The third implementation of extracurricular activities is carried out every day according to a predetermined schedule, the fourth supervision is carried out with the presence of the supervisor and students. (2) students' non-academic achievement after the management of extracurricular activities is good and is increasing. Judging from the educational process that went well and smoothly, the existence of good extracurricular management at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mojokerto was able to achieve achievements, both at the district and provincial levels.

Pandemi covid-19 menjadikan banyak lembaga mengalami krisis keuangan, salah satunya lembaga lembaga pendidikan SMK Bakti Karya Parigi. Sekolah yang siswanya terdiri dari 24 provinsi di Indonesia ini menggratiskan biaya pendidikan dan pengasramaan hingga tiket pesawat ini mampu bertahan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Salah satu program unggulan dalam mengatasi pandemi covid-19 ini menggunakan program kelas ekologi dengan dimain program ekonomi hijau. Penulis mendeskripsikan strategi SMK Bakti Karya dengan metode kualitatid deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukan bahwa,strategi kelas ekologi dengan domain ekonomi hijau mampu mengatasi krisis keuangan pada masa pandemi covid-19, dan SMK Bakti Karya Parigi tetap mampu menggratiskan biaya pendidikan dan living cost selama masa pendidikan.
