It can be influenced by various factors. Illness cognition is believed as a predictor of the participation of CHD patients to follow cardiac rehabilitation. Illness cognition can affect the coping strategies of CHD patients used in choosing the action to be performed, whether it participates actively or passively in following cardiac rehabilitation. The purpose of this study was to identify the illness cognition of CHD patients. This research was a quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional approach. Respondents were selected using consecutive sampling technique and it was obtained 66 respondents within one month. Data were obtained using Illness Cognition Questionnairre (ICQ). ICQ has a validity of 0.65 - 0.79 and a reliability of 0.88 - 0.91. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the illness cognition of CHD patients mean and standard deviation from the highest to the lowest was as follows, perceived benefits (20.52 ± 2.89), acceptance (18.82 ± 3.02), and helplessness (12.94 ± 4.72). These results reflected that the illness cognition of CHD patients had a higher positive aspect than the negative aspect. Based on this research, it was concluded that illness cognition in CHD patients undergoing hospitalization was generally good. This was probably due to the use of adaptive coping. The high aspect of helplessness in some CHD patients can be decreased by improving physical, psychological and spiritual conditions and increasing family involvement in dealing with disease-related problems. Keywords : Coronary heart desease , illness cognition, rehabilitation

| 1672454 | #7252 | Case Study of a Post-Cesarean Section Patient at Risk of Several Complications |
Nuraeni, Imel Widiasih, Restuning |
Childbirth is a natural process for women, but some conditions, exceptionally high risks, might elevate the likelihood of difficulties during pregnancy, childbirth, or afterwards. Maternal age, primiparity, and Cesarean section delivery provide a risk for several problems in the mother. This case study aims to examine and implement nursing care for primigravida mothers at high risk who have undergone a Cesarean section. The stages of a case study involve defining the case, selecting a case, gathering and analyzing data, interpreting data, and presenting results. Data collection involved interviews and physical examinations, reviewing health documentation, Talking with patients and families, and gathering information from other healthcare professionals. Data analysis included examining the collected data, identifying critical information, comparing the data, and presenting a summary in the form of a case study. Outcome: A 39-year-old primiparous woman who underwent a Cesarean section reported postpartum bleeding of approximately 1000 cc/24 hours, anaemia, emotional instability, and difficulty in caring for her baby and fulfilling her responsibilities. Nurses perform nursing interventions to address complications, such as preventing bleeding, treating anaemia, promoting relaxation for emotional stability, providing education through engaging and comprehensible media, and enhancing the mother’s role, particularly in breastfeeding, through hypno-breastfeeding techniques. Pregnant women with risk factors who undergo Cesarean sections are known to experience both physical and psychological difficulties. Effective nursing interventions that address physical and psychological elements, new roles, and prevention of complications lead to successful resolution of the issue, allowing the mother and infant to be discharged in good health

Zakiyah, Ana Anggraini, Veni Septian |
Oxygen hyperbaric therapy is a clinical treatment by inhalation of pure oxygen (FiO2 = 100%), resulting in increasing oxygen levels in the blood and tissues. Currently, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is used for additional management in diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in case of diabetes mellitus to changes in blood glucose level. Type of research was pre-experimental one group pre-test post design. The population in this study was diabetes mellitus patients, so that the sample obtained 47 respondents. Patients were given 100% oxygen inhalation with a pressure of 2.4 ATA in chamber hyperbaric oxygen. Blood glucose levels were measured before and after hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Glucose levels before the average therapy were 229 mg / dl and after treatment averaged 159 mg / dL. Statistical analysis with t test showed p value 0.000 <α (0,05), so there was the influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy with decreasing blood glucose level. There are improvements pancreatic beta cell function and increased tissue sensitivity to insulin due to increased oxidative phosphorylation process in pancreatic beta-cell mitochondria to increase ATP production in pancreatic beta cells.  Checks need to be done periodically in one period with using the time series method, so that long-term effects can be known and need to be reviewed by the last use of anti-diabetes drugs and insulin

| 1672452 | #7252 | Application of Warm Compress Therapy to Reduce Pain in Cholelithasis Patients with Acute Kidney Injury and Liver Insufficiency A Case Study |
Putri, Dina Mala Purba, Chandra Isabella Hostanida Platini, Hesti |
Cholelithiasis occurs due to the formation of stones in the gallbladder that block the flow of bile, causing right upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and fever. This case study adds new data that warm compress therapy is effective in significantly reducing pain levels in cholelithiasis patients with complications of acute kidney injury and liver insufficiency aged 59 years. The method used in this study was the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) to assess the level of pain, and observation, interview, physical examination, and hospital medical records were used. The NPRS rating scale is a scale of 0 to 10. The number 0 means no pain while the number 10 indicates maximum pain. The application of warm compress therapy was carried out by placing a cloth soaked in 38°C water on the patient's right upper abdominal area, with a duration of implementation of around 15 to 20 minutes for 4 days. The results showed a significant decrease in pain levels after warm compress therapy. Before the intervention, the pain felt was 7/10, and after the intervention, the pain decreased by 4/10 on the fourth day of the intervention. The role of nurses in non-pharmacological pain management, particularly warm compress therapy, includes roles as nursing care providers, educators, and patient safety advocates. However, this study has limitations in the use of cloth as a compressed medium because the cloth is not able to maintain a stable hot temperature during the intervention. As a result, the temperature received by the patient's body may differ from the initial temperature of the compress. Thus, it is recommended that further researchers use special bags, such as hot water bags, for warm compress therapy so that the hot temperature can be maintained more stably and effectively.

Nurhidayah, Ikeu Mediani, Henny Suzana Rahayuwati, Laili |
The incidence of childhood cancer in Indonesia increased annually. The successful treatment of childhood cancer remains low. One of the factors that influence cancer care was parent’s self-efficacy. Adequate parent’s self-efficacy would improve the quality of care in children with cancer, however, limited studies examine factors associated with parent’s self-efficacy. The aim of this study was to identify factors associated with parent’s self-efficacy in order to undergo cancer treatment. The type of research was descriptive analytic. The population was parents with cancer children. This study was conducted in childhood cancer shelter home community, 40 parents were chosen using the consecutive sampling technique. Self-efficacy was measured using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that 23 (57.5%) of parents have higher self-efficacy. There were significant relationship between enactive mastery experience (p =0.011), vicarious experience (p=0.030), verbal persuasion (p=0.003), the nature of the task faced (p=0.022), external incentives (p=0,009), the status or role of the individual in the environment (p=0.024) and education level (p=0.031) with parent’s self-efficacy. While the physiological state (p=0.284), parent’s sex (p=0.277), parent’s age (p=0.513), and parent’s culture (p=0.174) were not significantly associated with parental self-efficacy in the treatment of childhood cancer. Based on these results, it was very clear that parents who have higher self-efficacy are expected to carry out their duties better, so nurses should provide opportunities and support for families to demonstrate the capabilities and competence of the family to meet the care needs for child cancer.

| 1672441 | #7252 | Literature Study: Burnout and Coping among Emergency Room Nurses |
Sundari, Ivana Yudianto, Kurniawan Nuraeni, Aan |
Burnout is an emotional fatigue syndrome that often occurs on nurses in Emergency Department (ED). Emergency room nurses provide care quickly, responsively, and precisely. One of the factors that influence the burnout level is coping. Previous theories have not been able to explain positive coping for nurses who experience burnout, as well as literature review concerning burnout and coping among emergency room nurses are still minimal, so further research is needed. Â This study aims to identify burnout and coping among emergency room nurses. This research is a narrative review. Conduct search for research articles in the CINAHL, Pubmed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar databases using "burnout" AND "coping" AND "emergency nurse" OR "perawat IGD." Inclusion criteria are articles on last ten years, primary research, sample of emergency nurses. Unrelevant articles are excluded. Thus, 19 relevant articles were obtained which were analysed using compare and contrast techniques. The results of this literature study found that emergency room nurses are prone to burnout, especially on emotional exhaustion dimension. Coping strategies that are often used by emergency room nurses are planful problem solving, seeking social support, and positive reappraisal which are effective coping in dealing with problems and modifying attitudes. Problem focused coping is associated with low risk of experiencing burnout. Training in the use of appropriate coping strategies in burnout prevention for emergency room nurses should be done so that work errors reduced and service quality improved.

Hypertension is a high blood pressure disorder which disrupts blood flow resulting in blocking of oxygen and nutrition carried by the blood to body tissue. Based on Dinas Kesehatan Jawa Tengah's data, hypertension became one of the health issues with a percentage of 37%. One of non-pharmacological therapy is foot-reflexology therapy. This method gives a relaxation effect that could make blood circulating better, decay the blocking in blood vessel, nourish muscles and nerves, and strenghten heart activity. Objective: To determine the effect of foot reflection therapy toward systolic blood pressure in primary hypertension patient at Ngadirojo, Secang, Magelang Method: This study used the pre-experiment method with one group pre-test post-test design without a control group. Simple random sampling technic was used to get 46 subjects. Result: Wilcoxon Test result showed different significant in this study between pre-post test foot reflection therapy by p=0.000 (p<0.05). It meant there was an effect of foot-reflection therapy on systolic blood pressure in primary hypertension. The average of blood pressure decrease was 3,7 mmHg. Although, the results of this study showed that there was a significantly different decrease in this decrease was not clinically significant. The recommendation is made to conduct a study in a combination of pharmacology and non-pharmacology intervention to lower blood pressure.
