Indonesia  adalah  bangsa  yang  terdiri  dari  aneka budaya,  suku,  golongan, agama, etnis, ras, kelas sosial, dan sebagainya. Meski terbangun atas bermacam keragaman, setiap bangsa memiliki latar belakang dalam meningkatkan hubungan pendidikan multikultural yang harmonis, humanis dan edukatif. Progresivisme merupakan aliran filsafat pendidikan modern yang menghendaki adanya perubahan pelaksanaan pendidikan menjadi lebih maju yang mengutamakan peserta didik sebagai central belajar dan guru sebagai fasilitator, pembimbing, dan pengarah yang bert ingin merubah praktik pendidikan yang selama ini terkesan teoritik doktrinik menjadi lebih demokratis humansitik yang lebih menghargai potensi dan kemampuan anak. Latar belakang ini menjadi landasan pendidikan multikultural perlu dikembangkan melalui pendekatan yang lebih terarah dan terukur untuk diterapkan. Melihat bahwa Pendidikan multikultural harus mampu mengakui keberagaman etnik dan budaya masyarakat suatu bangsa maka Pendidikan multikultural juga suatu bentuk upaya dalam mewujudkan hubungan yang harmonis, yaitu kegiatan edukasi dengan maksud menumbuh kembangkan kearifan pemahaman, sikap, kesadaran, dan perilaku peserta didik terhadap keaneka ragaman budaya, masyarakat, dan agama. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research (pustaka). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan terkait bagaimana  hakikat  pendidikan  multikultural,  perspektif progresivisme dalam pendidikan multikultural, dan bagaimana keterikatan progresivisme dalam pendidikan multikultural.

This study aims to examine empirically the variables in the inculcation of ASWAJA values (tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh) in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Syirkah Salafiyah Pondok Pesantren Ad Dimyati Jenggawah Jember in an effort to strengthen religious moderation. It is hoped that the research will provide a scientific solution to reject and counteract the notions of radical and fanatical Islamic movements that seek to recruit young people, especially students, namely by instilling ASWAJA values in an effort to strengthen religious moderation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through observation, documentation, and interview. Interviews were conducted with school principals, waka. Students, ASWAJA teachers and some student. The results showed that 1) the inculcation of ASWAJA values (tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh) was manifested through ASWAJA learning in each class with meetings once a week and through the habituation of NU's amaliah activities in daily activities; 2) the inculcation of ASWAJA values is an indication of strengthening religious moderation in the community, especially in schools.

This research aims to investigate the relationships between work environment, work engagement, employee well-being, and performance at PT. DBN. The study employs a quantitative approach using a descriptive research method. The population consists of employees from PT. DBN and a sample of 145 individuals were selected for analysis. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS software version 3.0, utilizing a Partial Least Squares (PLS) test, which is a variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The research findings indicate that the work environment does not significantly affect employee performance at PT. DBN. However, a positive relationship exists between the work environment and employee well-being. Furthermore, work engagement has a positive impact on employee performance, and it also influences employee well-being positively. Employee well-being, in turn, demonstrates a significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, work engagement indirectly affects employee performance through the mediating role of employee well-being, as does the work environment. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the relationships between work environment, work engagement, employee well-being, and performance. They highlight the importance of creating a conducive work environment and promoting work engagement and well-being among employees to enhance overall organizational performance.

Teaching and learning activities in the current digital era must master internet technology with various platforms including fiqh learning. Fiqh learning is a compulsory subject for all levels of education. In the management of fiqh learning, educators are required to have the ability to modify the learning process, therefore, fiqh learning material will be liked and find it interesting for students. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of fiqh learning with YouTube media. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation in this research. It states that the management of learning fiqh at MI Roudlotul Ulum is carried out in accordance with the learning mechanism and based on the desired learning objectives. The achievement of good learning outcomes depends on the ability of educators to manage learning.

This scientific article was written with the aim of analyzing and studying situational leadership skills that lead to the development of human resources in early childhood education institutions. This scientific article research method uses a systematic literature review with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) model by implementing complete and detailed steps to conduct a literature review of journal articles. In this case, a literature search was carried out both in the form of national literature and international literature using the Scoopus, Emerald, and Google Scholar databases. In the initial stages of searching for articles, 150 articles were identified which were identified, then filtered or filtered and produced 85 articles. Then do the feasibility or eligibility and produce 45 articles. Then the last stage is carried out by producing as many as 22 articles. The results of this scientific article are that human resource development in early childhood education institutions or PAUD can be effective and efficient if it has been managed properly by the head of the foundation. There are 4 (four) skills which are the basic styles related to situational leadership theory, namely telling, selling, participating, and delegating. Ranging from leadership skills to the use of diagnostic skills, flexibility, and partnerships in an effort to maximize strategic steps in human resource development which include school management training, performance training, career training, and welfare training.

Planning da’i da’wah in preventing the decline of children’s morals is something that must be done in rural areas. especially in the village of Kuala Bangka where many children are preoccupied with their gadgets, which damages morals, ethics, and morals. Currently, in the era of digitalization, gadgets play a major role and influence in life so it becomes a necessity to fulfill entertainment and satisfaction in social media and so children, especially those who are restricted from playing gadgets, encounter resistance with their parents, this shows a decline. morals in children, this must be prevented by the preachers that are planning da’wah what to do in the future. The purpose of this study is to examine the planning of da’i da’wah in preventing the decline of children’s morals in the digitalization era in the village of Kuala Bangka. One of the places in North Labuhan Batu district, Kualuh Hulu sub-district, Kuala Bangka village, Pekan hamlet. Data was collected through observation and interviews with ustadz and the community in the village of Kuala Bangka. Observing and paying attention to the environment around Kuala Bangka to build a preacher’s plan to increase religious understanding and especially to improve the moral decline of children in the digitalization era. Therefore, a preacher explained how parents can set limits for their children in using gadgets, with the aim of preventing deviant behavior. There is a time limit for playing with gadgets and time for studying, bearing in mind that the time is not set by parents for children, therefore in this study, I am more directing how a da’i plans to emphasize parents to their children related to the existence of limitations in playing gadgets, worship time and studying the Koran or religion.

This research was conducted at Madrasah XYZ, with quantitative research. The number of respondents in this study was 46 people, which is the entire population of this study, namely teachers and staff at XYZ Madrasah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was distributed directly to the respondents, who then processed the data or answers of the respondents using statistics. The steps are to test the validity, reliability test, and classic assumption test which consists of the normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The next step is to test the data analysis using multiple linear regression and the last test is to test the research hypothesis. Partially, career planning has a positive effect on work performance, but the effect is greater on employee loyalty on work performance. Simultaneously or together career plans and employee loyalty have a significant and positive effect on work performance.

SMK students need to have good career adaptability skills to be able to cope with career changes, get jobs quickly without experiencing long-term unemployment, and be able to find jobs that match their personalities and skills. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of self-management technique group counseling services using the experiential learning method in developing career adaptability of SMK students. This study used a pretest-posttest control group design. A total of 20 students became research subjects who had a moderate level of career adaptability, and they were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The results of data analysis using the SPSS program on the Mann-Whitney U Two-Independent-Sample Test showed the value of Asymp. Sig of 0.020 (0.020 <0.050). These results indicate that there is a difference in the level of career adaptability between the interventions given to the experimental group and the control group, which indicates that self-management group counseling services with experiential learning methods are more effective in developing the career adaptability of SMK students.

The focus of this research is 1) how is the material for reciting the Nashoihul Ibad book in increasing the practice of prayer in the community of Parasgowang Hamlet 2) how is the use of the method of reciting the Nashoihul Ibad book in increasing the practice of prayer in the community of Parasgowang Hamlet 3) how is the use of the media reciting the Nashoihul Ibad book in increasing the practice of worship the prayer of the people of Parasgowang Hamlet. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. The techniques used in collecting data are interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that after the community understands the material presented in the process of reciting the book Nashoihul Ibad, the community tries to increase solemnity in prayer services, and always to always stay away from prohibitions and obey His commands. Furthermore, the method used in the process of reciting the Nashoihul Ibad book is the bandongan and sorogan method, but the demonstration method is also used for some materials that are required for practice. Finally, the media used in the recitation process is printed media in the form of the Nashoihul Ibad book.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the supervisory function of the DPRD Temanggung Regency in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation, to find out the efforts made by the DPRD to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency and to find out the obstacles faced by the DPRD in overseeing the quality of education in Temanggung Regency. The research used is qualitative research, while the research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the DPRD of Temanggung Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method that is carried out in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts, nature, and relationship of the phenomena being investigated. The data were obtained through interviews, document studies, and observation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the DPRD's supervisory function to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency from the planning, implementation, and evaluation side has been going well and in accordance with statutory regulations; (2) The efforts that have been made by the DPRD to improve the quality of education in Temanggung Regency are through the legislative function and through the budgeting function; (3) Obstacles faced by the DPRD in supervising the quality of education in Temanggung Regency are limited human resources, both in terms of numbers, educational background, the background of interest and level of understanding of DPRD Members regarding the supervisory function, limited time, limited authority, limited information and there is a wrong perception of the supervision carried out by the DPRD.

This study aims to obtain information on how the implementation of the principal's digital leadership model has changed in improving school quality. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. This study took data using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique uses the Purfocefull technique as a data collection technique. This research was conducted at Al Kamil Cianjur Modern Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study obtained information about how school principals implement digital leadership models in their schools. This research has implications that if this digital leadership model is applied in schools it can improve the quality of leadership which has implications for achieving previously planned goals.

However, the Mesekat dance is rarely recognized by the wider community, even the most sad Mesekat dance is not known by some Alas tribe communities themselves. This study aims to introduce Mesekat dance to the wider community and reveal the value of Islamic education contained in the Mesekat dance of the Alas tribe so that it can be an input in Islamic education. This study uses qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach. In collecting data, researchers conduct interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation. To analyze the data using the opinions of Miles and Huberman. The value of creed, the value of worship, moral values, and social values known as the value of Islamic education are found in the Mesekat Tari Suku Alas, these values are obtained through movements and verses sung by dancers. There is a distinctive value in Islamic education so the Mesekat dance must be preserved and developed to be an input material for Islamic education and useful for the world of education in the future.

The research employs a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques such as interview, observation, and documentation. The study’s findings indicate that, in general, the management of facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Surakarta involves four processing: planning, inventory or recording, maintenance, and removal. Planning occurs through joint meetings, while inventory is conducted by the vice principal of the facilities and infrastructure by recording and coding items, which are then reported to relevant parties. Maintenance is a collaborative effort among all school members to ensure the constant of goods for use. The removal of facilities and infrastructure is executed through three methods: auctioning, grants, and destruction.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between memorizing the Koran and interest in learning mathematics. The researcher found that the higher the student’s memorization level greatly influenced their interest in learning mathematics, and the results obtained were also getting better. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and mathematical questions about geometric shapes. The instrument has previously been validated by researchers and has been tested through the SPSS 20 program and has been proven valid. Based on the results of the normality test, it is known that the significance value is more than 0.05, so the residual value is normally distributed. The subjects of this study were class VIII students of the Zawiyatul Huffazh Al-Qur'an Memorization Board. The results showed that there was an influence between memorizing the Koran on students' learning interest.

Lukman Hakim, M.Pd.I  has succeeded in cadreing the human resources of the santri to be able to exist in managing and developing the potential needed by pilgrims and has been proven to play a role as an agent of change in the community. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance in schools. The principal's leadership style is an important factor in creating a productive work environment and motivating teachers to achieve optimal results in the learning process. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to teachers in several schools. The respondents involved in this study were 9 teachers. The collected data were analyzed using linear regression techniques to test the relationship between principals' leadership style and teachers' performance. The results showed that there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance. Democratic, and instructive leadership styles have a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Principals who apply a democratic leadership style provide opportunities for teachers to participate in decision-making and involve them in lesson planning. While instructive leadership.

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills in students in class IV Mis Al-Furqon Klumpang Kebun in Social Science (IPS) subjects using flipbook media that has been developed. The type of research used is research and development (RnD), which is research used to develop a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product. Media development in this study used the ADDIE research design, which is a development model consisting of five stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research develops a product in the form of Flipbook-based digital media on Social Studies subjects which is then tested for feasibility by material experts, media experts, and Class IV students of MIS Al- Furqon Klumpang Kebun. The subjects of this study were 18 fourth grade students. The object of this research is the development of flipbook-based digital media. Based on the results of this research and development, it is concluded that this flipbook-based digital media meets the assessment criteria that have been proven by the material validation score with a score of 3.5 and a media validation score of 4.0 with a recapitulation result of 3.75 which is included in the very valid category. This shows that flipbook-based digital media is included in valid criteria and is suitable for use as teaching materials for teachers and students

Competition in the quality of education has become a driving force for educational institutions to enhance their quality in order to compete in society. Just like what has been done by Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda, they have been focusing on improving the management of educational quality. Therefore, this research aims to examine the improvement of educational quality carried out by Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was interactive, which involved data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda has improved its educational quality through the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach. The school's approach to improving educational quality differs from other Islamic-oriented schools. This can be seen in its strategic management, which involves organizing programs and establishing professional relationships with external parties. Continuous improvement is also prioritized, such as emphasizing the professionalism of educators in their respective fields. Language instruction, for example, is conducted by specialized instructors, and teachers are equipped to enhance their professionalism both at the local and international levels. The school also collaborates with the Cambridge curriculum to enhance the quality of learning. Adequate facilities and infrastructure are provided to support students' mastery of both soft and hard skills. The school values input from students and parents, actively seeking and incorporating their suggestions. Based on these factors, the management practices implemented by Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda can serve as a model for other schools aiming to enhance the quality of education through Total Quality Management approaches.

This research was conducted to comprehensively describe and delve into the strategies used by Islamic Education (SKI) teachers to foster a love of reading among students at MTs Al-Ikhlas Sait Buntu using a qualitative descriptive approach with a naturalistic technique. The results of the study revealed that SKI teachers employ several strategies to encourage students to develop a love of reading, such as repeated reading, memorization, and sharing experiences. In the repeated reading strategy, teachers engage students in taking turns to read, allowing other students to focus on the presented text. In the memorization strategy, students are included collectively to ensure that all students can participate effectively in the learning process, while the sharing experiences strategy involves teachers narrating real-life situations to enhance students' curiosity. This, in turn, motivates students to read and seek knowledge continuously. The contribution of this research lies in providing information about effective strategies to cultivate an interest in reading among students in secondary education. The novelty of this research lies in combining various learning strategies into a single activity, enabling students to experience more diverse forms of learning. The utilization of multiple creative teaching strategies can enhance students' enthusiasm for reading.
